Using the records, outline, template structure, establishes a dynamic model of electronic records, electronic and study architecture of health record system and work flow. By operating the application metadata on the template file, drive system metadata corresponding to back-end database. Realize the dynamic of data relationship in community health data, support a variety of files and business expansion.
