Abstract :
We formulate a notion of asymptotic capacity in bits/sec for a sequence of multi-user, multi-receiver networks. Using this notion of bit rate capacity, we define a dual notion of capacity in users per Hz and prove that the capacity region is convex. We consider an application of this result to mobile radio
