Abstract :
In this study, CISPR 22 Radiated Emission Tests are selected for proficiency testing. The 13 Taiwanese domestic EMI/EMC laboratories´ performance are determined by means of comparing and evaluating tests on the same test unit in accordance with predetermined conditions. The study is aimed at ascertaining the degree of dispersion in data using different facilities or test sites. From the results of proficiency tests, test data from different laboratories and facilities (OATS, SAG, GTEM) are analyzed by three parameters: mean error; standard deviation; and safety factor
