The ETS\´08 Best Paper Award winner is: "Critical Path Selection For Delay Test Considering Coupling Noise" by Rajeshwary TAYADE and Jacob ABRAHAM (University of Texas, USA) Congratulations to the winners. The award is formally handed over during the plenary opening session of ETS\´08. The winning paper is reprinted in these ETS\´09 Proceedings on Pages 139-144.
