Abstract :
According to the System Theory and the requirement in the oil depot area, combined with the application integration of OA, HSE, GIS system, the article describes The Security emergency command system in oil depot. It may realize the HSE management information, the visualization and integration conformity of the storehouse district security hardware, therefore, it is very important to improve the emergency command ability and safety management of the oil depot area.
