Abstract
For travel agency, the service quality is the fundamental fact. Based on the analysis of connotation and importance of the service quality, this paper analyzes the present situation of travel service quality and existing problems, then provided some concrete countermeasures of improving tourism service quality, which has certain directive significance for the tourism management.
