Abstract :
In view to many problems on the traditional way of Just-In-Time (JIT) production not suitable for varieties of small batch production, this paper proposed a new strategy for solving these problems based on the improved kanban techniques, namely, visualization kanban techniques. By comparing with the traditional kanban, the visualization kanban performance has been proved to be efficient and more applicable to a variety of small batch production.
