Abstract
Technology and technology based industries are becoming the economic backbone which drives the economy. As a result, technology is increasingly becoming a saleable commodity for transfer and export. The purpose of this paper is to highlight some of the forms that a technology transfer can take and the pitfalls to avoid when negotiating a technology transfer agreement
