Abstract :
Water Curtain Cooling is the important process to improve the mechanical properties of steel plate. According to the features of the unmeasurable mechanical properties of steel plate on line, a variety of steel plates, having difficulty in analyzing the accurate mathematical model with theory, need to introduce the experience knowledge of experts, the knowledge expression methods of AI can be adopted. The experience knowledge of experts can be acquired and expressed. The imprecise experience knowledge of experts can be quantified. And the model base of knowledge expression can be established by combining with the traditional database technology. Finally the simulating algorithm of the model base of knowledge expression is implemented with C++.
