Abstract :
As the expension of the size of the city, it´s more difficult to manage and maintain the growing update and rapidly increasing property information for town planning department. Moreover, The existing system of spatial data and attribute data is not well integrated, so it´s not conducive to mutual query, retrieve and update. For practical problems, using Arclnfo GIS technology and UML modeling technology can design and develop the property rating system successfully. And also the 3D maps of the industrial land, commercial space, residential space and an integrated land prices assessment can be obtained.
