  • Abstract
    The channel of troposcatter communications is characterized by multi-path and time-variant. Big Doppler Shift arises from aircraft navigating scatters. In order to estimate frequency offset quickly, a low complexity frequency offset estimation method is given in summary on the basis of the previous study. Comparing with previous methods, this method substitutes addition and subtraction for complex multiplication, and reduces complexity. Computer simulation results show that this method can overcome aircraft fading, and estimate the frequency offset with high accuracy.
