Abstract :
The coastal cities of China, with high centralization population and high urbanization level, are comparatively developed areas of social economy. Meanwhile, development of urban often accompany with risk appearance. Taking Dalian as an example, the city risk management system was constructed based on GIS. In the system, the risk identification and evaluation elements were brought into system module, the dynamic and visual reflection of management information will be realized by man-machine interactive mode and GIS technology; the platform was established with computer data embedded technology on computer data, realized the function (including planning, organizational, control and leadership function etc.) of urban management and decision, providing scientific management method for coping with urban risk, improving urban management anti-risk ability.
