Research on the problems and solutions of the real estate after-sale service

Service industry and the real estate industry are hot topics which have been constantly researched in academia, this article conducted in-depth study by combining both above through real estate after-sale service. This study started from the current situations and problems of the development enterprise, property service enterprise and supervision department,deeply analyzed the problems in the real estate after-sale service; finally, this study put forward countermeasures and suggestions from development enterprise, property service enterprise and supervision department to promote the healthy development of the real estate after-sale service.
