Abstract :
An integrated automatic system of pig feeding is presented. It includes the mechanical structure and control module. In the mechanical structure, the system is composed of supplying-screws, sending-screw, feed-tanks, buffer-tank, medicine-tank, water pump, medicine pump, feeding pumps, motors, ring distribution and control valves et al. In the control module, PLC is applied to implement centralized control of the above motors and control valves. In addition to this, monitoring software is designed based on industrial PC and C++ Builder. Take the above measures, a fully automatic pig feeding system is implemented, which can be improve the feeding efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of artificial feeding.
