  • Abstract
    Devided the Collision-Decision system into 3 parts as ship motion detection Visual geometric model and ship´s motion situation calculation and Collision forecast and control. Registration the image by using phase correlation algorithm based on the statistical information airspace of the background modeling method, compensate to the image offset, In image quality problem adopt image enhancement pretreatment, median filter and the image histogram equalization processing mode. Ship motion situation calculation module based on visual geometry model, and calculates the movement state information of target ship´s postion in space coordinate, Ship´s size, speed, heading etc. Collision risk prediction and collision avoidance manuevering decision-making module combined ship real-time motion state information, and Bridge area ship´s motion, introducing the collision risk to rank term, and early warning and collision avoidance manuevering decision-making.Through calculation of ship manuevering and collision avoidance related distance parameter of bridge area, Introducing collision risk to rank terminology, Forming rationalization collision avoidance decisions, Thus reach the ship-bridge collision avoidance warning and precontrolling intelligent interfacial effect.
