Abstract :
GSO makes its energy resolution better by co-doping Zr with Ce. Among Ce-dopant concentration ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 mol%, the concentration ratio of 1.5mol % recorded its best energy resolution. As for the nonproportionality of light yield, GSO:Ce as well as GSO:(Ce, Zr) shows the same energy dependency as the energy dependency of their energy resolution. As the energy resolution has the step-like structure between 50 and 500 keV, the light yield presents nonproportionality in the same region.
