Abstract :
According the characteristics of medical service quality, the paper research on the influence elements of medical service quality by DEMATEL method. Ten influence elements are selected based on the former research, and the interactional relations of the elements are judged by several experts. Then, the DEMATEL method is introduced to analyze the effect of the elements. The analysis showed that diagnosis quality and treatment result are the most important elements to medical service quality. The analysis also showed that administration system, environment and equipment have stronger influence to other elements.
