Abstract :
A flexible customer credit evaluation system for e-business is proposed in this paper, which provides an effective method of evaluating the credits of the customers by integrating various credit data sources. The evaluation result generated by the system is used as reference for the intelligent management of business. The architecture of the customer credit evaluation system is introduced in this paper, together with the detailed description of the main parts of the system. Then a credit evaluation model designed for the e-business is presented, which is the kernel part of the system. The evaluation model is established on a criteria system, which consists of static credit criteria system and dynamic credit criteria system
