Analysis of economic impact in Chinese financial leasing and its innovative strategies

As an important supplement of bank liquidity loans, Financial Leasing seizes the market rapidly with its great advantages of combining financing, investment, liquidity, marketing and other functions together. Financial leasing plays an important role in the promotion of a country´s economic development. Therefore, this paper analyzes the relationship between financial leasing and fixed asset investment as well as the connection between financial leasing and GDP, the result shows that both of the correlation are positive. Based on the discussion, several innovative strategies are offered for how to promote the development of leasing industry in China.
