Abstract
With the development of the economic globalization and advancement of information technology, the environment for the management of enterprises has been changed enormously. In order to overcome the uncertain factors of the environment and keep the competitive advantages, an enterprise needs to rely on and inspire knowledge workers and establishes & maintains its dynamic core ability to adapt to the environment. This paper first introduces the concept, characteristics of knowledge staff and the characteristics of demand. And then this paper have an analysis of the main problems of current incentive mechanism of knowledge staff. Finally, in order to promote the benign interaction between enterprises and individuals, the paper puts forward many methods of encouraging knowledge workers, such as personal development, emotion, rights distribution & participation, business encouraging and options and so on.
