Abstract
As a procedure which takes the knowledge as an intermediary, the management of Colleges & universities is actually a kind of KM, which provides the strategy development direction for Colleges & universities helps the Colleges & universities to promote the core competitiveness and knowledge flowing and sharing in Colleges & universities. In order to carry on the KM, some internal organization establishment in Colleges & universities must be optimized, some related infrastructure must be consummated, some incentive mechanism in knowledge sharing must be established, and some Colleges & universities culture which suits the KM must be cultivated.
