Abstract :
With the swift development of modern science and technology and fortified trend of economics globalization, As an advanced manufacturing mode, Servitization of Manufacturing coincides the reform trend of Manufacturing Industry. Almost at the same time, knowledge has become the most important strategic resource .However, the research of what influences knowledge transfer in Servitization of Manufacturing is very limited. The influencing factors on knowledge transfer is examined in this paper. Based on a survey of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, the factors that affect knowledge transfer have been raised. Firstly, the results show collaborator relationship characteristics affects knowledge transfer, collaborator relationship characteristics include experience, trust and interdependence; Second, knowledge receptor characteristics affects knowledge transfer, knowledge receptor characteristics include learning capacity, and culture difference; Third, knowledge characteristics affects knowledge transfer, knowledge characteristics include implicity, systematization and complexity.
