Abstract :
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management and service innovation become the vital factor for tourism enterprises to promot their competitiveness,which are inner requirements and important strategic direction of the development of current domestic tourism enterprises.In this paper, knowledge management is applied in the service innovation of tourism enterprises, exploring the approaches and paths of service innovation,which are important significance for tourism enterprises to improve their service levels and service quality.
