Abstract :
This paper focuses on the data counting process. In order to identify the key trade-off of knowledge chain between university and industry, a 3-dimensional model is introduced in this paper. With the counting example, this paper shows the counting process of weight and value of factors and parameters using Excel. To get the weight and Value, AHP and FCEM is used.
