Abstract :
A low-voltage bandgap reference that outputs a fraction of the bandgap voltage was fabricated in 0.35-mum CMOS. With a 1.4-V supply, the reference dissipates 162 muW; the average output is 858 mV, and the output varies by 1.28 mV from -20degC to 100degC
