Information Quality Drivers of KMS

The change of management environment threatens many enterprises´ survivals, and it requires them to change the current management paradigm, enterprises are interested in the creation and utilization of the intellectual asset helping them strengthening their core capacity to survive at this point of time. However, such research as the creation and utilization of the intellectual asset is insufficient. Knowledge means the experience or know-how changed from processing information. Accordingly, information quality plays important role in raising knowledge quality, because information quality can be the basis of forming knowledge. In this research, we will find how to raise knowledge quality by using information quality driver and ´knowledge transformation process´ presented by Ikujiro Nonaka. Besides, we will find the knowledge quality drivers helping enterprises raising knowledge quality.
