Abstract :
It is actual significance for use of space clustering technology to possess useful information. Analyze the characteristic of city traffic jams, and be applied a new space clustering algorithm to the city traffic jams, then carried out the experiments, the experimental results show that the use of new algorithm for knowledge is more efficiency which can provide effective decisions to the public.
