Abstract :
Supply chain management is a strategy that recognizes the cost and service improvements to be gained by viewing the supply chain as a whole process from initial supplier to final customer. A supply chain system based on dynamic alliance enterprise is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the basic activities, unit model, solid model and system model are analyzed. Then, the system model is introduced and an expansive organization structure model is developed. Stock control is also studied for minimization the cost. Finally, the integration supply chain management implementation model is presented. The proposed method provides a supply chain system model based on dynamic alliance enterprise so as to rapidly respond the requirements of the market.
