Abstract :
Circular economy is the economy activities which rely on technological innovation to accomplish the reduction target to obtain the economic benefit and protect environment. Economic technology can be divided into circular one and noncircular one. The noncircular technology is the basis of the circular technology. Just as YCC, the Isasmelting furnace technology´s utilization is the core and the breaking point of developing circular economy. The energy conservation must be taken as the central of developing circular economy.
