  • Abstract
    The high voltage bushing on-line monitoring has not found universal acceptance so far, because of high uncertainty of measured insulation parameters. The monitoring integration in substation systems greatly improves the obtained results. Taking into account the substation events, it is possible to implement complex monitoring algorithms in integrated system. More accurate measurements enable more elaborate bushing condition assessment based on the dissipation factor and temperature correlation.
