Abstract :
A Kirkparick-Baez type X-ray micro-focusing optics has been developed. The each total-reflection mirror has parabolic shape, and can focus X-ray beam in a few micrometer spot size. The acceptance of mirror is 550 μm × 550 μm that is approximately equivalent to 50% of total flux at the SPring-8 undulator beamlines. Optics design and results of focusing test are described.
