  • Abstract
    Pulp washing process mechanism is a complex and large time delay process. It is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model in order to achieve good control results. The paper designs a two input two output fuzzy controller. The Controller take the pulp concentration and washer level as its inputs and take rotate speed of drum and water flow as its outputs. Fuzzy control rules are designed according to operate experiences. The application results show that it can get better pulp washing quality and steady concentration of first stage black liquor than routine manual control and wash water consumption can be saved.
