Abstract :
Web platforms are becoming the main support for eGovernment solutions. Nevertheless, several drawbacks can be pointed out related to interoperability and accessibility. To overcome this issues and extend the support for a wider range of devices, a new modeling tool called LifeEvent is proposed. Using semantics as support, this tool will introduce interesting advantages in tasks related to discovery, invocation and tracking.
