Abstract :
Testing cold extrusion forming process of the hexagonal bowl auto part by DEFORM-3D on the paper. By comparing the feasibility obtained through numerical simulation testing and analysis of the two forming plans, according to the final test results to determine a reasonable extrusion program. At the same time, actual production the cold extrusion plan is feasible.
