Abstract :
The mathematical model of heat transfer between the counter flows of gas and porous batch material within a working section of the shaft furnace is presented. This model considers phase and chemical transformations in separate components of technogenic wastes and radiation heat transfer between the gas and solid phases. Calculation results are presented.
