  • Abstract
    This paper deals with the design process of phase shifting transformers (PSTs). They are used in transmission network systems to regulate the load flow. To guarantee a reliable and harmless operation, a sound technical calculation is absolutely necessary as well as a cooperative communication between the manufacturer and the purchaser. Some operating conditions will be shown in this paper, especially at retard condition.
