Abstract
Requirements engineering is the beginning step in the software engineering life cycle, and its final results are software requirements specification. Some content of requirements engineering have been analyzed. A decision based software requirements engineering model (DBSREM) has been constructed, and DBSREM execution frame has been proposed. DBSREM execution requires the support of environmental knowledge, method implements and realization technology. The research presented has some reference value to develop decisive software engineering
