Abstract
Literature Review, there is no specific study has been done in Mongolia in the field and as our assumption it is significantly important to clarify a link if it exists, between Poverty and some Environmental issues. Our paper comprises with the following 3 topics which are a brief Introduction, Background, Policy Implications and Conclusion. The Background part provides information on poverty situation as concluded by the 2002-2003 Household Income Expenditure Survey, Living Standards Measurement Survey and the environmental issues which are revealed by the official sources of Mongolian government agencies.
