Abstract
It is important to use the registration device that registers the current position, on-off time and transmitted time of the commutation device in the electrical power distribution system. This device saves the current position and transmitted date and time of the commutation device, transmits the saved data to computer with interface and creates database. And it can help to become operatorpsilas duty easier and to avoid from several technical problem.
