Abstract :
This paper, based on analysis of the structural style and organizational level of the Agile Virtual Enterprise, presents the overall Agile Virtual Enterprise Model based on a network structure and the studies on the organizational level, operational mode and functional features of the Agile Virtual Enterprise system.
