Abstract :
Taking the welding current and arc voltage as the information source, this paper designed a CO2 welding electronic signals acquisition and analysis system by VC++ and MATLAB mixed programming. The system could deal with collecting multichannel welding signal, signal processing and real-time displaying. In the system, singal waveform, their PDD (Probability Density Distribution) and PSD (Power Spectral Density) were employed to analyze their characteristics. Experimental result showed feasibility of the system.
