Abstract :
This paper presents a control algorithm for the newly proposed diode-assisted buck-boost voltage-source inverters (VSIs), with high voltage gain, which takes into account the changing of the DC-link voltage (two leveled) during one switching period due to the parallel charging and series discharging of the capacitors in the diode-capacitor network Additionally it lowers the components voltage ratings.
