Abstract :
Basic concepts and the potential to implement low voltage dc distribution systems in Albania are discussed. Aspects of development required for the use of power electronics equipment for low voltage dc systems are introduced. Our analysis shows that low voltage dc distribution systems have the potential to be used successfully in Albania.
