            Abstract : 
Highly stable 0.7W CW K-band IMPATT power source with frequency stability of about 4×10-̅5/0~50°C has been developed. This has been achieved by a combination of a single-tuned oscillator stabilized by hybrid-coupled cavities and one stage high power reflection type amplifier.
