Abstract :
The digital close-loop Quartz Flex accelerometer (DCL-QFA) technology is proposed in this paper, which is different from the analog close-loop circuit. The DCL-QFA can output the digital data of acceleration directly without the analog-digital converting circuit, acquiring higher measuring accuracy, realizing the arithmetic of high performance much more easier. In this paper, the principal of DCL-QFA are introduced at the beginning, then some theoretical calculations are made to demonstrate the feasibility of the DCL-QFA scheme theoretically, at last, the experiment are made to demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical calculations and the feasibility of the DCL-QFA scheme.
