Abstract :
200 μm thickness of film-like display was developed and a contrast ratio of 35 with a driving voltage of 20 V was observed. In addition, organic TFT is used to drive LCD display. 0.05 cm2/Vs of electron mobility and 105 of current on/off ratio are achieved.
