Study on Precise Batching System Based on Networked and Intellectual Control

In metallurgy, chemical industry and medicine production, etc plants, batching precision determines final quality of their production. To ensure the high quality of the production and enhance competitive power of these companies, it is very important that a high precise batching control system to fit for an automation producing lines was studied. In this paper, a networked and intellectual precise batching system based on computer controlling was developed after discussing some exited kinds researching results on the question. The system can meet a management of a realtime and visibility with networked communication, and achieve a high batching precision by means of intellectual communication adaptor and closed loop control system, the error of batching can be ensured less than 1 percent. And the overall planning, the layout of circuit diagram and system structure of the system were described in detail. And all kinds of features about the system were tested by the experiments.
