Abstract :
In order to achieve the optimum performance of agents based system, negotiation capability of the competing or team member agents plays a great role. The key role of agents is to speed up the performance and accuracy. In this paper negotiation model using agents based on line outages is presented. The main objective is dealing with minimum cost of power production -the economical dispatch. The suitable decision during power system contingency event is examined based on the main objective. The IEEE 14 bus system and its line outages have been used and results are summarized.
