Abstract :
This paper presents information support system in human-centered city with case-based reasoning using motion recognition. Human-centered city furnishes information infrastructure, and supports human by looking on human. In this city, there are information terminals, which we called "i-spot". And, there are instead of public car single-seat electrical vehicle, which we called "i-mobility" was used, i-spot and i-mobility are looking on human in the city. Then, our system recognizes driver\´s intention and a person who is either normal or abnormal with case-base reasoning using motion recognition. And the city provides the information suitable for each user.
