Abstract :
In recent years, with continuous tense situation in the South China Sea, the South China Sea issue presents the international and multilateral trend. The South China Sea issue intensified not only for China - ASEAN economic development impact, but also a direct threat to the security of the South China Sea, as the territorial or strategic resources security, and the South China Sea International Channel safety in china. In the face of the current situation in the South China Sea, in our country it causes hot background concerned to re-examine and adjust the interests of development strategy and policy related to the ASEAN countries. Thus, this paper puts forward the way of the development strategy of tourism as a link between ASEAN countries to win the friendly development and promote the problem of the South China sea to solve effectively. By constructing the relevant Regional Tourism interests system of the Chinese- ASEAN, this paper analyzes ASEAN countries´s different interests in the South China Sea issue and the development trend of border tourism during the ASEAN countries with China, and proposes the suggestions of tourism policies to strengthen the friendly relations between Chinese- ASEAN.
